I actually had you pegged as Krik in the mid-thirties. You typically roleplay well enough, but your characters tend to *insist* themselves on you. Not griefing or such, just a sort of roleplay that you expect to roleplay AT the world, and they should all fall into your character's world, instead of interacting WITH the world.
I *BELIEVE* even dynamic mazes could be mapped, though it's slightly less useful. I'm pretty certain that the room connections never change, only the exit directions in the dynamic mazes. So theoretically, you could at least figure out the PATH you need to take from A to B, you just have to set markers as you go to figure out where on your path you are.
Also, I think our minds natu
I've played tons of orcs, and they're not newbie-friendly in the sense of you'll die a lot, but they are in that if you can get over showing up at your pit a time or two each login, lots of your gear is cheap, orc-only stuff, and you're back on your feet before ghost time wears out.
Equipment-wise, you've got a decent amount of basic, orc-only equipment, but otherwise
There was another storm paladin one also during Jerohk's time...Magnis? Maybe Verro, but I think it might have been Magnis. That dude was rocking some face when he was around. I had a godawful record, but some of that was taking on ridiculous odds. If you look at my pk deaths, there's a half-dozen deaths to Charine (damned fiendish ice devils), and then a good third of the rest of m
Twist is all about magic going to mortals, and obviously is OK'ing his priests. BattleRager gods say it's bad, and so you've got this holy war deal going. Pretty much like Zulg saying it's okay to murder children and puppies to expand the Empire, but Baerinika says it's unacceptable.
Got the stunning savage when I grappled the dagger, and figured I had it made. All I had to do was bash you down from there, but NOOOO, I miss every single bash that fight. Stupid bash.
Pit fighter gives cross effect to elbowing, stun to knees, and hobble to kick. I'd had it before. It was cheap, but I didn't find it particularly useful.
Which, is damn near impossible when you can never find him logged in.
And no, Krunk can't make 51 unless he's Chieftain. They're capped like necromancers are.
It's -dex, and I *THINK* you can still rest. Definitely no sleep while it's going on. Also, the inability to use skills/spells is barely noticable. It only kicks in when you take a BIG hit, and at that point you're probably WANTING to run away anyways. I've taken it a few times, and never really been bothered by it.
Transportation sickness is the one I shudder at, havin
Maran w/ shield of pure light (shield jab right away). Leaves lash or headbutt, and neither of those is going to be particularly reliable (MAYBE lash w/ edge?). Elf actually only got one command in after the missed bash, then the 2nd when Muzgash tried to trip him. Actually went 7 rounds of permalag before evade saved him. Went pretty decent for the orc, actually.
I could be wrong, but my understanding has always been bully's designed w/ mobkilling in mind. If you notice, the defilement's only doing EVISCERATES, and the acid's still demoing. I'm guessing part of it is that Muzgash got berserk off (fury of the clan is awesome), and there's another reason that I bet's the other half, but I wouldn't want to give it away.
1) You failed your save, which gave you the sensitive echo. That also appears to have come BEFORE the damage, so at the time it hit, you may have been given the vuln from the dragon.
2) Breath attacks are based on HP. The dragon had BARELY gotten hurt, so you're taking a nasty powerful one. I've seen the green dragon in the weald insta-kill more people than I care to count.
3)
Your character was being created when the reboot happened, and so when the game autosaved, it saved you as far as it had written to your file...which was obviously before it got very far into the process. I'm assuming some of the things it picked are probably just #1 on a list of races, classes, etc, so lacking anything decided in the MUD's side, it picked the first option it had as a
Align change pretty much screws everyone over to a degree, but ethos only really bothers priests (still empowerment loss, I think?). The idea being so that your priest can't suddenly drastically change his ways without the Imm approving it prayer-wise.
Anointing a virtue that you have the skillset for is supposed to be slightly stronger, but it's probably relatively unlikely for me to pick an anoint because I have that virtue, over what another one might be doing for me.
Also, Fzoarn. Call lightning has the same range as summon. It's typically MUCH more useful as a "they're running away" attack, than in the room wi
I would have thought I was halfways competent! That said, I don't think I *EVER* noticed lagging anyone with fend, so there could be things I just never noticed. Flip side, I was Cardinal so I got Charity/Temperance, which is respectable for group & survivability, but not the best virtues for killing.
So if you're going to complain, you should probably complain that either
A) They picked Kingpin as a "guild leader" title.
or
B) They didn't come up with a new thief title to replace the level title, once they added Kingpin as a leader title.
Should I go make up a thief and level up to 35 and take charge of the Voralian Guild so I can be

You maneuver your shield in front of you as Kragg slams into you, partially deflecting his powerful bash!
Kragg's bash scratches you.
You yell 'Help! Kragg is bashing me!'
Kragg is in perfect health.
*** This means he's a shield dedicant. Stop bashing and lash/trip him!

You slam your shield into Craetnal, and send him to the ground!
Craetnal looks stunned by your shield bash.
Your shield bash decimates Craetnal!
Craetnal is writhing in agony.
My experience, it was near trip lag....when it landed. As you can see in the log, it' not all that great at stunning, he just lucked out and hit the last one.
