I recall battling Ravon (by that, I mean "desperately trying to survive Ravon") at the Fortress and he started doing flee/return, triggering eyes of flame and essentially shutting me down with my own lag. You don't like it because it was being used against you. What if you had the upper hand?
I thought I'd check with the ol' CF gang and see if anyone here has experience with airbrushes.
I'm looking to use one for illustration (on not too grand a scale) and also painting miniatures.
The one that I'm leaning toward is the Sotar 20/20, fine tip. I'd also like to get an air compressor that has a tank, is quiet, and is under $100.
Has anyone had experience
I was carpooling with this fella I work with and we got on the topic of gaming. As chance would have it, he is a former mudder. The odds of that seem pretty astounding. So, I told him all about CF and at some point realized I was practically giving him a sales pitch. I haven't played the game in years, but there it is; the remnant spectre of mud addiction - looking for a way to get me back
This makes no sense...
"a two-headed pickaxe with tips of diamond"
A pickaxe would have a pick on one side and an axe-blade on the other. I.e. it's already two-headed.

Written to a buddy of mine whose phone was slain in battle a few months ago. I realized this is the first bit of creative writing I've done in a while.
Apparently I'm a huge one-upper. I couldn't let you hog the glory of having your phone destroyed in an epic battle with Poseidon's untamable sea (that's how you should tell the tale). No, no, I have indeed surpassed y
Know your areas. "Summon" is an amazingly powerful spell, and knowing how to use it to pick apart groups that you are either attacking or defending against is very handy. Don't be afraid to buy mercenaries to assist in gathering your army, too. Be overly cautious when trying to kill NPC's for animating, because I can't tell you how easy it is to over-extend and then have
I just checked the graveyard and it's been over two years since Zynzyn. I guess I really did kick the habit. I think it definitely helps to just make yourself too busy for CF. After a while you don't even want to play. Anyhoo, I hope you are all doing well and keeping the Eastern Road bloody!
What a bunch of pompous, dick-waving crap. He made his name known on a public forum and then drove his own reputation into the ground. What more is there to say?
...I finally had the rager commander on the run (Zylundak, iirc) in Dranettie and he was well ahead of me, running back to the village. I managed to teleport in front of him and caught him with a bash for the kill. It was suhweet.
...and I say cool beans. Be happy you don't have to wait crazy amounts of time to see sweet rewards. I wish it had always been this way. Never got ahold of a quest form or really any super-unique thing that I tried for, but had plenty of good times nonetheless.
30 is a completely, COMPLETELY acceptable age to finish something like med-school and start a career. Do what you feel called to do, man. Don't let indecision stifle you.
I was like 16 or something and my Dad woke me up that morning, abruptly cutting off my dream. I came-to in a text-hazed daze, and plead for a moment with him. "Dad," I exclaimed, "I can't just leave my group..."
The look of befuddlement on his face still cracks me up when I think about it.
But, people wouldn't be human if they didn't give two shits about the things they spent time amassing in CF. And this isn't a thief swiping your stuff. It isn't someone looting you. It's a swarm of very elusive, grabby NPC's that almost every Scion can summon. Again, it's a great power. The thieving stuff is not necessary.
I, and probably many players, don't really like the idea of the nightwalkers (which I summoned via forsaken portal for all of that spell's help in fighting off big raids) jacking everyone. It's not a character-vs-character thing. It's a player-to-player thing. Also, it causes serious retaliation looting out of anger. Sure, I don't mind looting...I just don't like the
The player-to-player hatred caused by those thieving nightwalkers isn't worth the benefit, imo. Cabal expectations being what they are, you are EXPECTED to raid that Scion pit if you're an enemy, even if you know full-well you're going to get cleaned out by a prickishly-coded ability. I just don't see it as much more than grief. Sure, you could say it serves those gear-locker
...not doing just about everything you just said and simply getting good Imm and mortal leadership? Nerfing Scion powers to that degree is ludicrous. Keep the numbers low, leave the powers strong, but make the cabal more remote - on that I would agree. I've never liked the position of it. Considering the raiding situation is almost always an overwhelming force, I'd like to see MORE home
It has nothing to do with hands.

I'd like to think I gave lots of people a good shot at being a Scion when I had the induct stick. Granted, I was fine with kicking people out (along with murdering them as I did so). It's just an un-loved cabal.
