I'll admit Trump and the administration is not perfect. But the level of butthurt from the left... I've never seen before. It has reached comedic levels.
Employment up, stocks up, TPP down, illegal immigration way down, NAFTA being looked at. Only less than an eighth of the way in, too.
What's not to like?
Maybe it's a self-fulfilling prophecy, that you're often interested in what you're good at, and good at what you're interested in. The inverse of these is more or less true as well.
The point is that trying things and seeing what "sticks" can probably lead to what they're both good and interested in. At least that's the hope.

it's not the public-ness of the school that is the issue, per se. That's why I was careful to specify that I would gladly send my children to public schools if the issues were fixed. Or, if I found another area where the public schools are not so fubar'd. My mother was a public school teacher her entire career and I was raised to understand that public schooling can be perfectly de
I eyeballed some numbers in my head up to about 200k+200K enough to realize that somewhere in that neighborhood it starts to tip the other way. I assumed at that point you probably start filing separately. I find it weird that there would be such a tipping point at all though, since you can just avoid filing jointly at that point to avoid the penalty. Overall point taken though.
I think this is Trump's proposed plan. Could be outdated.
Disclaimer: I'm aware that it could be a starting point and not intended to be released into the wild like this, especially once congress gets ahold of it. But you can see here that there is no marriage penalty. In fact, it appears that the only time it wouldn't make sense to file jointly would be if you made identic

It is even worse when you get married and have to file jointly - because then either your or your partner's entire income will be taxed at the highest possible rate, rather than passing through the lower rates.
I don't quite understand what you mean by this. I do understand that currently, at higher tax rates, you get less benefit from filing jointly than at lower tax bra
We'll have to agree to disagree. My point is that there were unique factors contributing to the situation, which I agree was rooted in, but disagree that it was limited to, economics.
i.e. I don't think chickenbutts would have had the necessary properties to have done it, but to you, the chickenbutts is irrelevant.
They're here illegally, per federal law. But many state agencies are legislated not to enforce it, or choose not to enforce it.
It's a tricky situation, but the best way to understand it is that, generally speaking, if an illegal immigrant is obtained by a federal agency then they are deported, but if they are obtained by state or city or county agencies, then they are let go. (techn
You have to understand the unique (and retarded) situation California has put itself in, and I don't believe you can blame the illegal immigrant in most cases. The state doesn't give a rats ass about supporting these immigrants, but they prefer the influx to keep their liberal political agenda. They literally are invited in, yet still not recognized. Shit or get off the pot. That'
Aiming at the lowest students hurts the education, this is why common core is such a disaster. But, in California there are additional issues on top of this. Requiring the education system to support illegal immigrants who do not put into said system is an epic fail. And to be clear, I'm not saying get rid of the education for illegal immigrants-- if they're here, we have to recognize t
The North wanted to take over the South because it wanted the resources, and was hell bent on doing so, regardless of, and despite any other factors. Slavery happened to be the excuse, the propaganda, to sell to the people of the North in order to get them to accept invading the South.

Or are you going to make sure I don't "spend it on anything religious?"
FWIW, the public schools in my area are failing according to the education rankings, and parochial schools are the only private schools in the area worth going to.
I know, as a liberal, you'd rather have my childrens' education suffer with everyone else's, because, fair. Education for my ch

Since some conservatives wanted to argue the issues, here they are, and why I think you are ruining the country.
It's amazing that it's only been 3 months and you can tell objectively and surely that the country is being ruined.
I think your list is generally too long. Taxing and regulations should not be the de facto reaction of government to a problem. Moral laws shou
What makes you think that that greedy fucker earning 1000x your salary owes you a damn thing? He doesn't owe anyone a damn thing other than to pay his taxes.
I know its getting cliche to say, but if you hate corporate economic inequality, then its the globalist economic model that you probably really hate.

I'm sure Northern propaganda played on "oh those pitiful black people, them slavers sell mothers from children"
Which is what was happening. And I think we can agree it was fucked up.

The roots of war are always economic.
You may not be wrong, but you're oversimplifying it. It's a pretty weak argument in my opinion to state something so ge

Do you really think a sane person would go to war because he needs to defend slavery?
If they see slavery as symbolic, or part of, their "Way of life", which is being taken away from them, yes. Larger than this, I think fearing to lose independence and freedom is a driving force. Many Southerners saw slavery as their right, their freedom. Surely as well, many Southerners
As far as the war itself, I'm trying to wrap my head around how hundreds of thousands of people willingly agree to take up arms and fight over a simple matter of tariffs and their government's legislative disagreements. Remember that, a) the U.S. (and Confederate) military was largely volunteer at the beginning of the war, and, b) wealthy landowners weren't going to be the ones doi
If so, what was the reason for the federal government's desire to abolish slavery? Was it purely, 100% economical, in that the Union wanted to hurt the Southern states in order to gain the resources for the North?
Is it possible that there were any other factors in play? Do you think that there were any people in the South who, in addition to, or instead of, economic reasons, did not want
1) CF requires large blocks of continuous uninterrupted time, consistently, over a relatively long period of time.
2) With a job, a wife, 3 kids, there are many things which I cannot find time to do, that I really, really want to find time to do. CF is one of these things pretty far down on the list (despite sometimes getting an irrational itch-- it seems to go away quicker and quicker once sc
Remember, you want to show what the employer thinks they need, not what you think is impressive. As long as your credentials are legit, a no bullshit, concise resume with relevant skills is so appreciated and rare to see. Show them the goods, and make them curious to want to speak with you.
