Namely that hide at 100% will never fail, but 100% sneak sometimes fails, bringing you out of hiding when you move. Not sure how it is for inherent sneakers, or sneaking that's granted by items though.

Who loved to talk shit when he had levels, thirst + partingblock. Strangely enough a bit more quiet without the head. Also must say, I loved the running about as a ghost trying to out-of-range loot from raids. Classy.
So in order to successfully get the right elite guard out of danger I would have had to know what 'number' the game assigned them (attempting a summon from Mortorn if incorrect).
What in your opinion affects success?
I'm particularly interested in summoning from different areas. I got asked to summon some elite dwarven guards away from the fort recently and I failed utterly.
