Deflect shield with wrath/divine power maces and a couple of death blows was really the only potential solo threat.
For mummies they are vulnerable to dispel magic plus gank. An established lich can avoid that though.
Nothing like a pandemic to help build the resolve to make lifestyle and diet changes. I am down ~40 pounds and a non smoker/drinker now and feel better than I have in years.
Just to bring back a zombie thread...
1) most CBAs for professional sports leagues split revenue roughly equal between the players and the teams (I believe the last NBA CBA was 52/48 if I remember correctly). I wouldnt necessarily call that unfair or skewed towards favoring the owners.
So as to my point about negotiating power... how much of their own time (the most limited of resources) do
Look at the dynamics of major US sports leagues and their contract negotiations with their players unions.
The players in these leagues are millionaires and they just have no leverage at all against their billionaire owners. I mean the owners are locking them out! It’s not even a strike! They are so wealthy they can simply close down shop and wait out the competition.
trickle down economics claims that cutting taxes on the wealthiest unleashes so much extra economic activity that they pay for themselves.
So I agree that low unemployment is good. What I disagree with is that cutting taxes on the wealthy is an efficient vehicle for influencing it.

Let's unpack this.

It is firmly settled that trickle down economics as a general principle does not rise all boats. That’s according to all the actual experts.

As a specific remedy to specific economic conditions tax cuts can increase revenue but those conditions just aren’t there presently.
If you cut taxes you essentially give businesses/people an extra pool of money. What they choose to do with that ex
Jesus fighting druids was like fighting toddlers, surviving 2 rounds of melee was very rare for them.
Like other things it brings dangerous utility to a group going after a mummy but by themselves their hit and run style breaks down against the raw melee of an army and the recuperating powers of a mummy.
A number of things can stand up to them fine and wipe armies but the only solo character that really threatens a mummy is cranial/death blow with wrath weapons.
If you bring a partner their wraithform is not hard to dispel opening up trip and bash as threats.
It always seems like a second class spec to me since because while it’s a bit of a jack of all trades it isn’t that great unless you build to it. But it has so much potential to handle a niche like a boss.
Going for broke how would you build an optimized pole spec that basically used only pole.
I think you are looking at the extreme end of submissive.
You need to recognize when people have power over you and act appropriately.
In the case of the scarab applicant while he was talking of his conquests I said I was unimpressed. That lead to an hour long melt down where he called me weak and feeble, went ooc and eventually an imm needed to step in.
With empire if someone does deman
As a scarab leader I saw a number of people burn out hard when mild challenges were put before them. I gave them multiple chances to step off the ledge but they dove head first off of it.
Some people can’t handle being submissive. Those people are going to struggle with evil cabals. Empire is harder than scarab because it is really inconsistent in that regard.
The special guard level is also relative to the victim it’s called against. As a Druid with natural herb enhanced pets the special guards were doing demolishes.
Of course, if you have great defenses that’s a lot less of an issue.
The problem with defending against numbers is mostly that unless you can knock them out fast they can just flee and heal up 2 steps away.
If you really want to make it better for low number defenders the best way would be to add maldictions that trigger far more often if the home team is hopelessly overwhelmed. That would help force attackers to fall back and split them up.
