Explain to me how .999 repeating is the equivalent to 1? To me, that's .999 repeating and not quite 1.
Sure, the you could make a huge debate and argue that .999 repeating runs on to an extent that the difference is so infinitesimal as to make them indistinguishable, but fucking prove it to me. Show me that something less than 2 is equal to 2.
Help me solve an argument, because I'm convinced that this algebra is fundamentally flawed:
Someone argues that 1.9 repeating is equal to 2 based on this logic:
X=2
Multiply each side by 10, and you get: 10x = 20
Subtract 1x from each side, and you get: 9X = 20-X
Insert your 2 value, and you get: 9(2) = 20-2
And finally: 18=18
If you create the equation 1.999<i>repeating&
Like Baerinika did with her tat, but that was toned down. The virtues haven't been. I'd still be willing to bet that retribution is more of a staple within the fortress than any other virtue, except perhaps hope, and then only if Baerinika followers have a majority in the fortress.
paladin that's playing the retribution virtue. It's virtually a given that any paladin that isn't a a complete fool will get that virtue. Hell, my last paladin got it and never did a damn thing to earn it. One day, I was just looking through my skills/sups list and it wasn't there, then it was. And I did nothing for it. And all of a sudden, decent saves, resist positive,
Is the choice to join nexus, or sacrifice edge points for a better awareness of the veil. Then, assuming you now have a good sense of what the veil is like, you get to spend X amount of time every login making sure the veil is strong enough to ensure that your crap spell works. Of course, all of that can be canceled out, mid-exploration, by so many mitigating factors like mage deaths, ragers lo
He's since married and been promoted to a fairly high and respectable position with his company, both of which require most of his free time, anymore. He occasionally asks me what I'm playing in CF, and I take every opportunity to let him know I still think he was a dickhead for hurting people who play who weren't involved in his little pissing match with Nep. The point is that h

And you should have hunted down Zhuroth as soon as you were back on your feet from your suicide. And why the fuck were you trying to quit out in front of all those people instead of dying? It shows that you have absolutely zero integrity as a player.

If you don't agree, go watch the movie Untouchables. Don't stop fighting (and the fight is sure as hell not over if you do and your opponent isn't dead) until the fight is done. If he's alive to come back and fight you again, you can't claim victory.
Just go see an ear, nose and throat specialist and get it drained. Yeah, you get to deal with nasty cottonballs and pink bubblegum flavored antibiotics, but it's preferable to sticking it out.
