There is a really pimp requestable goodie only two hander from enpolad's that I believe batters or whallops. We are talking avg in the high 20s, I believe +6 hit +6dam and some hps.
You're right that as a giant you lose Dex for dodge but exotics parry really well. I would probably go whip/hand with cry of thunder as a maran with the build. Zeal will help with pumping more damage bare

The no brainer approach: shifter. Limited skills, generally not super dependent on gear (other than hp or saves). Defense shifters can usually solo through the mid ranks and are a huge group asset for getting to hero. Felar for hp/rp. Gnome outlander (strengthen) for straight hp.
More skills, more tactics: shaman. Good built in dam redux. Giant if you can stomach the gains for more redux. I re
If you're refferimg to naga wazi, then yes (the edge that made throw and ground control one of the best things in the game i.e. high damage, lag, stackable malediction, can throw other assassin's and hand specs, etc...)
That was under Zah's reign as commander. He got disthroned by Grord due to some shiesty stuff, and now Grord is gone. Not sure if there is a new commander, but if Zah makes a (would this make a third time?) push for it, we may see a no hold's bar approach again. While battle wasn't actively taking other cabals items, it was not uncommon for them to fight a pk under the Watcher or L
There is a lot of personal choice you're excluding, and very little in regard to wars is rule/Imm defined.
All items belong to the emporer, so Empire should be vs all. (Yeah, you to spire!)
Good tribbies often fight empire out of City limits.
Outtie is often at war with Scarab, that whole lich as an inner thing and mummy leader.
Recently there was a Battle vs the world thing goi
There's a smattering of information on disembowel and lots of assumption, but I'm curious what makes Dark Elves so good at disemboweling, and what other races might excel at it (in particular for PVE). So what are the known or probable factors for disemboweling?
Str, Dex, Wis, Int?
Size?
Speed?
Legacies? (I feel like STSF Help)
Luck?
Skill (no brainer)
Others?
It's a low lvl character with the belt... Something really fishy there...
Would a Paladin accept it as a gift from a Neutral character who had to kill a goodie for it?
Or more likely is there someone that needs to have request removed because it requires a near hero to request, and you are not allowed to give away requested items...
Would learning Russian be a better life skill, sure.
But to bring it back to CF... this was meant for folks that don't want anything to do with cheat rings or wanting to be spoon fed.
Give a man a fish, feed him for a day. Teach him to fish, feed him for a lifetime.
No it's not the list, but it's an effective way to do it.
Use the 'area' command. If you're really type A, put it into a Excel doc said it the levels and sort by max level.
Then go to each area at the highest level in the range (hint it's every 5 levels). Doing things below the range is often a waste of time. Go to EVERY room in the zone, and rack up obs xp by
I bet a super leathal necro could get Dread Lord and sit at 40 or below for 800 hours, and with some smarts fend off an empowered demanding you to get to hero.
Is that they knew that was the one room I could hide or have some advantage in for a long way, so they planar distortion or flashed trying to bring me out... (I know there was a mephit there so it doesn't make sense really...) They ended up bringing the druid into it, and then, as often happens with conjies, it got messy when she fled and her mephit got in trouble. I have had similar issues

** A little context before everyone yells, why is a rager killing non mages... Zynoh and a voker, had clashed maybe 20 minutes prior with Gringe and myself, then killed Gringe and then both ran away. This is purely a revenge kill for Gringe. Also, he was a Fortress App and had attacked me almost non-stop through the mid ranks. This put a stop to it (unfortunately, he deleted soon after, otherwise

I had a monk with temperance, and my counterstrike is broken on them.

Any other thoughts on how virtues play into the build?
It's hard to remember when changes came in. Some random things off the top of my head:
* New areas, some replacing existing areas. Arial City, Emerald Forest and Arboria were all rewritten.
#New areas: Fungoid lair, centaur place south of Dale, goblin encampment near Hillcrest, I am sure there are others just not coming g to mind.
* Shaman specializations; you can either focus on
