c summon paladin

paladin arrives suddenly.

Paladin glares in your direction.
You yell "Help! Paladin is attacking me"
You feel unclean.
Paladin's wrath ===OBLITERATES=== you!

You parry Paladin's divine power.
Paladin's divine power DISMEMBERS you!
Paladin's acidic bite MANGLES you!
Your cleave misses Paladin.
Paladin parries your cleave.
Your slash MUTILATES Paladin
Paladin has a few scratches.

Paladin's divine power MASSACRES you!
You parry Paladin's divine power.
You parry Paladin's divine power.
Paladin parries your slash.
Your cleave EVISCERATES Paladin.
Paladin has some small but disgusting cuts.

Paladin stops using (let's be generous, paladins do get some really nice EQ) human-sunder.
Paladin reaches into the sky.
Paladin's divine power >>> ERADICATES <<< you!
Paladin gets a wild look in his eyes.

....
And so on.

Paladin's may not be the best class. I had a lot of fun with mine, and I sucked. Many people were deathly afraid of guys like Remath. Although Remath did kick my ass with sleep, he never did kill me, and I did beat him with straight on combat.
This was after knights were disbanded, too.

I think paladin's might need a little work, but their definately not sitting ducks. (Against neutrals they don't do so well)
