These groups hate certian people like ragers hate mages. You think they would be happy with allowing Jews to live in one country?
History shows us they did not, ie. Hitler.

But let us say they did.....
If they did, it would be an exception to their beliefs and they would only do it because they know they cannot fight more than one enemey. Which is basically fear, bending their beliefs so they can better fight a war.

Now should a rager think like this? Ok we will let this set of mages live so we can kill this set? That does not define courage.
