Arbiter's law is totally ooc, because it allows
killing mobs but does not allow killing of players.
However, "mob" is totally ooc notion. And asking an
arbiter to explain his/her actions and difference
between mob and player, also requiring this arbiter
to stay ic, is very bad thing. Especially, when you can
always read the laws by "help law"...
