It's a huge Grey area, that some exploit and others do not. Zors may or may not have wanted to kill that lowbie but if he was followin Zors around I'm suprized he didn't track him to some big assed mob... that would be Justice.
I have been killed this way. I was not following anyone around, just trying to group with another in my range, when an Entropist (My hat of too him) Garb'd me and my groupmate. Took his form and I followed him to my doom. When told this was against the rules I asked the imms about it. I got a very short and to the point email from one of them that this indeed is not against the rules.
So there you have it. IMMs say it's alright
