To nip it in the bud, no, Ragers are not overpowered, despite what you might take away from this log. This is an excellent example of two Ragers, whose abilities complement each others quite nicely, working together exceptionally well to successfully take the Orb. Had the Masters, and Ingvar, coordinated half as well as these two, and perhaps changed their individual tactics slightly, you would have seen a much different outcome.
