First off, I know the difference between a Knight
and a Maran. I'm not speaking in regard to Honor
and the Maran specifically. I'm not speaking from
a "common misconception".

Basically, you are summoning a giant *against his
will* to end up in a fight that might lead to his
death. You don't ask the giant if he'll aid you..
you rip him away against his will from his rightous
cause against the fire giants of Mt. Kiadana to
a place where he will likely die.

You can't view mobs are just being such if you are
roleplaying to it's entirety. I could see a radical
lightwalker doing just as you suggest. Perhaps he thinks
that all lightwalkers must rally to the righteous war
against the shadow and that they should give their lives
regardless. In the end it's up to Shok whether or not
he'd allow it from his followers.
