I don't think you see the point. True you admitted to being just an oath, but you have to pull your head from between your legs long enough to realize that we held the codex, whether you knew or not is irrelavent since it wasn't common knowledge that you were just an oath. Kellyn arrives in the realms and sees an enemy of the village sitting at the giant. His attacking you wasn't only understandable but expected. The fact that you were willing to engage in combat with those of the village within your reach is laudable, though not the usual for an imperial. You rant about the villagers not roleplaying, yet when you fought those who knew you were simply there for a duel they fought you and did not press and return to slay you when they could have. They accepted the fight for what it was. Hilsbred, likewise had just shown up. He's a duergar and you wished to fight him. At first he was disgusted with you and when you strangled him, well quite simply what did you expect him to do when he awoke?
Kuddos for being willing to go toe to toe, that's more bravery than I've seen from any imperial in a long time.
