I know the restrictions, I also see a tattoo which does not cause bleeding, but causes fire to take 700hp from a giant resisted/resisted BattleRager. You cannot tell me that this is fair. I've not seen any tattoo that can kill you while your not even in the presence of a foe. One that does this much damage is just sick.
