Greetings my name is Serdal, I am a lawful citizen of galadon, and as such I would like to bring formal charges against Saagkri the Arbiter Lord. I was minding my own business wondering through the streets of the fine village of Ofcol, when I came upon a stern looking guard. I have not spent much time there so I didn't realize where I was. I was sent a nasty note ordering me to leave, which with a nasty reply I did. Then I was warned to not return there by xairel and I explained it as a mistake, and swore not to as the lawbiding citizen I am. Just then I was made wanted, immediately followed by an unscrupulous attack and death by Saagkri and his guards. Then to add insult to injury he returned all but my dagger which he refused to even discuss. He informed me that he was the Leader of the Arbiters and his word was final even though I requested a hearing. Now I make these formal charges, being slain for a wrong turn after I was warned and left the area. My charges are based on an arbiter using the law for thier own personal unlawful ends. I can only hope my request is approved for I will be anywhere anytime to testify. A sad day when even the lawful cannot be protected, but instead exploited by the law.
