The above is, I might add, the FIRST question asked regarding your choice of names. My point is, is it that hard to answer the questions truthfully, and make up your own name? Absolutely not, people do it everyday... I see wonderful, imaginitive names in the game, but it makes me quite sad to see such an obvious rip-off from a fairly obscure novel (didn't think anyone had read it?)

You didn't. I was just afraid you were planning to.

Read the beginnings of this post. There is quite a bit more to the char creation than just needing to have any name. There are certain rules, certain standards, which you seem to have no regard for.

This has nothing to do with your log. It has to do with your obvious attempt to STEAL a name from Mr. Rosenberg, instead of taking a few moments to create one of your own. Also, I'm not an asshole, whatever you may think. You ripped a name off, and got offended and probably embarassed when someone called you on it. There's no need. Just as I see a lot of original names, I see a lot of rip-offs, too, usually from (like yours) fairly obscure books.
My final point. I have nothing against you, Ari. After all.. you're the best damned Engineer that Home could ask for. that gunpowder comes in handy, too. Just work on your beer.
