Even with those people who decide to read a dirty meaning into every word, I manage to put "Male Cum" out of my head, and instead pronounce the name mentally as "Malcolm."

I do think that if I had been rolling up "Maelcum" I'd have come up with a better spelling. Even "Maelchulm" would have been better, IMHO. However, it doesn't bother me that much. Neither does Aristobulous or Pikel, though, so I guess I'm just strange. If I'd read the book Aristobulous is from (Yes, Khiravn, I know, I should), it might bother me, but I haven't, so it doesn't.
