Alot of strikes will either be parried and shield blocked, if the conjurer decided to learn to parry and shield block well. and without the elemental should be able to take the warrior with magic missile alone. I have. well clothed ones as well.

Okay, here's where you're slightly off.
Blind the conjurer, not his elemental. If the conjurer can't see you, his elemental's not doing jack. At level 20, that's pretty easy to do.

Again, if you're going to fight a prepared mage of any type, expect a hard battle. I was tough as Meraika, but an assassin or warrior could just as easily walk up to me, bash, bash, dead. Especially if said warrior or assassin was wielding a sword, and got past my defenses.

I think warriors and assassins at that level are a LOT scarier if only for the fact that they don't need to prepare to get their damage, assassins, especially, have a lot of tricks up their sleeves in order to specifically get out of situations like that (If any class seriously needs downgrading, it's them!)

> you have got to be jokeing. Kill the elemental.. ok.. meanwhile the archon is casting his spells on you because he doesnt need to on the conjurer, the conjurer is either lashing you or casting magic missile, or scourge of the violet spider. by the time he has his archon, he has perma sanc from it basically, stone skin, shield, and aura.

Okay. Specifically, you're off here. Only one type of conjurer gets scourge, and that's Masters. I agree that scourge in itself is very, very overpowered (4 effects in one, that's pretty ridiculous, and I believe it was Joshu that suggested something to the effect of taking the blind/weaken effects away, I could be wrong.)
Hit and run, even, works. Transport away when you've taken a lot of damage. He's not keeping his servitors all the time, and when they've taken a ton of damage, they're gone.

> you obviously are not that good with cf..

Actually, a lot of people are better than you in CF. You just refuse to admit that you're inexperienced. Try playing a conjurer. If you say that they're overpowered simply because you're fighting them, then you haven't seen what their drawbacks are. There's a lot of drawbacks to conjurers, I would say necromancers are much, much better when it comes to straight killing. If you want to play a killing-type mage, I would play one of those. If you need me to explain why, you can email me above, but I'm not going to go into too much detail - you'll have to discover the nuances of a certain class on your own.

Just my two cents,

Caecus.
