assassinate dosent lag the assassin, so is better than murder, especially since it may work (probably wont.. but theres always a chance).

If he had known that the muter was spamming, he may have been able to do lagging attacks from the outset.

thats a huge number of hps to get thru...
my hero muter, had less than half that on a good day.... damn transform makes a difference.
