Never, ever, did I ever think that I'd be used for even so trivial a piece of "time relation" as this.
Anyhow, yeah... I remember reading on Glimo's (I think) that Tyreana was getting torn apart by some evil-dude, and when her wimpy went off she did 400-600hps of damage in one hit, or something insane like that (she was disarmed and lowercase damage, otherwise).
Now, I've never noticed it do too much extra damage when using one of those special attacks, so my guess would be that it's an "extra" chance to hit the attack. I don't know the process behind the code, so I'm sure this'll be more wrong than a certain pop singer in a little children's home, but say you go for a pincer. You make the skill check to see if it even tries to hit the person. You get it. It then checks to see if you hit the person. If not, it (somehow) checks your luck. You make that check, you land a "lucky blow". Guessing. out. ass.
