Running up to imperial lands to fight Havilahd, a few minutes prior to this my modem started going nuts and I began having some delays with entering commands so I grab a Dawnie healer for some extra protection and help.

The Gates of the Palace
You stand between two huge open portcullis, one to the north and
one to the south. A ceiling lofts above you, held up by a series
of stone arches. The walls to the east and west are covered with
black scorch marks and pocked from splattered acid. The stone
floor is cracked and broken from countless upheavals and eternally
stained with the deep red of dried blood. You can continue
further into the Palace to the north, or leave to the south.

An Unfinished Tower
You have entered the dusty beginnings of what will soon be a great
guard tower. The walls are made of a fused stone, giving the place a
feeling that it will never be penetrated. The second floor of the
tower has just begun construction, but you can not be sure how tall
the final structure will be. The sound of stonework can be heard all
around as the many slaves work to complete their work. A doorless
entrance leads back to the road to the east.
