Meaningless on who's part? yours? Or his? I see him having lots of reason to attack you.

Its called defending what he believes in. He was an arbiter lord in the past, he will want to defend the hall when it is attacked. If you saw him fighting the massive giant or the destructor, you think an Honerable rager would say "Oh well..hes already fighting, I better leave him be." Like hell.
You are putting up quite a weak arguement for why he has no honor. Perhaps you would like to give some more reasons that would actually apply.
