I dont know about this whole thing. It seems to me that masters
have just gone from one extream to another in the views of magic
and still dont think for themselves. Now instead of the past
thought of magic, they just throw in the new answers that Narlock
wants to see. Nothing has changed except for stupid reasons for
some spells.
Now, why is it that if one held to the old school is now deemed
as to not thinking? Its like Ochams(sp?) Razor. The simplest soloution
is often the correct one. Its like a musician. No matter what
instrument you play, you have to learn the basics. Yes, there is
alot of diffrent things between the instruments, but you all
must learn to read the music, know the beats, etc. I see this as
the most basic of magic, the primal source of that is just that.
Its when you learn to use this magic that you then begin to diverg
into the learning of the diffrent aspects of it and become that
which you wish to study (Necro/muter/conj/voker)
