Just one problem.....
If you HAVE your own theory and you worked alot to build it
but HE doesn't understand it (for example.. hmm. he is not smart enough - is it possible? right?)
YOU will be rejected..

So when you think something different, don't be too complicated
else, the leader may don't catch your point.
