I could put an attractive picture of a woman on Lynx's page, but it doesn't mean I am one.

If Ekirhal really wants to do that (and I really wouldn't recommend it), you'd have to do something funny, like demand a really unusual pose with 'Ekirhal' written on her forehead or something. (Holding up a sign is too easy to Photoshop.) Now you can be pretty sure that either Ekirhal is the one pictured, or he/she has an attractive female friend who can be talked into some strange things.
