Having raided entropy more than probably any other cabal ever I will concede to the fact that the swirling mass can be a royal pain in the old ass. The healer is only a problem if you get confused during the step into the circle, if you get confused before that the 'muter could've cancelled it.

Their not going in at the same time or one right after the other was either faulty planning or ignorance. It's conceivable that one could've planned to remain outside in case the shaman fled from the mass(not necessarily a bad plan since wither and rot can only be used to start combat). I'm not going to go back through the log, but I'm sure they could've organized a lot better, maybe have Khartos go in and take the mass's strikes as long as he can with the muter slowing it. The warriors then go in and the axe spec pincers while the other fella does whatever his spec can do to lag. Let the special guards slowly take him apart while the muter spells the shaman's ass up, a few stacked halts could've been all they needed, especially if one was a whip spec and could pull the shaman from the mass.

I'm sure they realize they could've represented an "orderly" cabal in a more orderly and tactically smart fashion.
