1) Disarm is rather unreliable. He's likely carrying backup weapons, in any case. You have the right idea in getting rid of his weapon, but you should be doing it by dropping his strength. Neuter his ability to deal damage, and a RBW can't do much else.

2) He was thirsting. The anti-paladin can summon (he's level 22, and summon is 21). Let a big mob tank for you. The hero ragers could help him out there, but it might be a couple rounds before they catch on.

3) As Imperials, you need some form of damage resistance against Ragers. If the A-P is expected to tank for any length of time, get 'em at least stoneskin. He was getting hit quite hard on the attacks which ignore weapon_resist. Otherwise, he's a big equipment truck, pulling into the loading dock.

4) He's a gnome, and the attack types I'm seeing are: slice, pierce, cleave, flaming bite, slash, claw. The AP should definitely have brought a couple maces along, and the felar assassin should so with a staff. The arial could go staff (for tanking), or dual wields (for poison dagger). If you are going to try and lag the gnome, the Fire A-P should bash and not trip.

RBW's are rather nasty in their upper 20's. But not nasty enough to whoop three of you.
