The Hall of Arbitration
Your footsteps ring as you walk across bare granite floor in the Grand Hall
of the Arbitrators of Judgment. This room is austere in nature, so as not to
take away from its most important feature; the Pillar of Laws. The walls are
hung with expensive drapes and ornately-woven tapestries to soften the look
and to absorb some of the sound bouncing from the stone walls, but they do
little to mute the stark nature of this cathedral-like chamber. A training
room lies to the north, the entrance hall to the east, a study to the west,
and the altar of the Arbiters is to the south.

The Altar Room of the Arbiters
This focus of this room is the altar of the Arbiters, in which lies the
Book of Law, but it serves a dual purpose as a place of meditation and
spiritual renewal for those who desire it. Various shrines and places of
prayer line the south and west walls. Many different Theran deities are
represented, as Arbiters come from all walks of life and are brought
together only by their common love of the Laws. A donation pit is set
against the east wall, allowing Arbiters to distribute items to needy
cabalmates. Standing off to the side is a healer who is ready and willing
to relieve you of any affliction.
