It is well known fact by anyone who has played an arbiter past rank 30 and who has ever participated in a raid against the Barons, that while confused, you can NOT order your guards to give something to someone and expect the outcome to not be garbled. The garble affects you. When you tell your guard to give it to Elder, and you are confused, 90% of the time you will actually be telling it to give it to the healer.
SO.....by your reactions below....you were ignorant of this, and when an arbiter did as you suggested, You in your ignorance berated him, in effect belittling his intelligence...because YOU were ignorant of how confusion works?
