..I'm sure it's easy to become jaded at the other "fun" cabals because as an arbiter you aren't truly appreciated and galadon can only be explored so many times, but I'm really tired of ex-arbiters labelling every single rager. Maybe the true fanatical ragers just aren't around during those times or aren't high enough level to make a difference. I could easily go around saying how every arbiter is corrupt and there's not a single honest soul among you, but then I'd be spouting senseless drivel which would be pointless. As far as no one wishing to be the village blacksmith, I know of a few people who tried to get involved with it, but I'm really not sure if they were even given a response. Sometimes quests aren't prepared well or aren't responded to after the initial start; I'm not really sure since the rager I had during that time wasn't really suited to be a blacksmith. I'm not saying that the ragers tried hard enough, but I don't think you can lay the blame solely on them. I've noticed that alot of quests are done to get people to explore areas that aren't really being used and since ragers haven't been too great at exploring(which has changed now), I would guess that's why I haven't seen too many quests designed for the village taken too seriously by the players or Imms beyond Thror and Holtz's. I'm not sure if you've already tried this, but I'd recommend doing what I did and play that cabal you hate so much that you think has so many perks and no drawbacks and you might find yourself respecting them a bit more. Anyways, that's just my little convoluted soap box.
