Is that if someone kills you, they owe you an explanation. They owe you no explanation whatsoever, and if they make light of it, that is accceptable as well. I don't know the character involved, so cannot tell if his slaying you was consistent with his roleplay or not. Do you know him well enough to make that judgement? When I am asked 'Why did you kill me?', 90% of the time I will ignore the question, or give a smart ass response.
