No, its not a simple mistake. Theres a vast difference between "So and so gets whatever" and "So and so gets whatever from the donation pit". Its pretty hard to mistake one for the other. As for looking in the pit, its a trigger, plain and simple.

> ***This is where you being a moron kicks in. Tastagro is a LIGHTED thief. Kind of amazing that he would be carrying around an evil hammer. I do believe it's anti-good as well. Kind of strange... but hey, Arbiter's Rule dude...
> ***

I'm a moron because I can't tell your alignment from the color of your blood all over the floor? Hardly. When you play a non-specifically aligned race, generally people don't know what you are.

> ***First of all, the name is Tastagro. If your going to disrespect the character, atleast spell the name right. Again, moron attack. No one sneaking dropped anything. The ghoul was carrying the items and the mage sac'ed the corpse. Cal, your mortal leader, confirmed this with me later that night. And when I asked for my items back, you would have noticed that someone handed them too me. The storm giant was actually handing them to me. But being a little greedy bastard, makes sense you wouldn't notice that either.
> ***

Yes, of course. It all makes sense now. I should be able to see things that happen when I'm not in the room, and just automatically KNOW every single conversation that goes on between cabalmates that I wouldn't actually be privy to. Hey, someone says "Give me my stuff" 2 seconds later theres eq laying around, and theres sneaking people in the room, I'll take the chance that its the dead persons 9 times out of 10.

> ***Trusting a rager is no different then trusting any other character. You just associate us as criminals because we don't bend over and spread our cheecks for the Arbiters like Arbiters/Empire. Under Trasthe's leadership, I personally caught him doing something he really shouldn't have on three seperate occassions. I even brought it up with the immortals on occassions, but since without hard proof, nothing was done. The same disrespect is still being translated. But that really doesn't have much to do with the situation except for Battle doesn't get an equal shake the majority of the time.
> ***
Uhmm...I won't comment on Trasthe, except to say I was all for him getting the boot. Ok I guess I will comment on him. I saw him attack someone who wasn't flagged in town more than once. His punishment was to be made an IMM. You got NO argument from me on the Trasthe thing. What you DO have an argument from me about is the way you say dealing with a rager is like dealing with anyone else. It's not. The reason Ragers are associated with criminals is because so many of you are flagged so much of the time for being very blatant about breaking the laws. When so many of you are criminals so much of the time, that association is natural.

> ***I brought the point up about the guards with Cal. She didn't have to make the point. I did.
> ***

We're not taslking about you there, we were talking about Alusair and the excessive bitchy notes to the cabal, not a single one of which has been in the least accurate. You aren't privy to the same things I am since none of them are ever addressed to your cabal or your character.
>
> ***Another moron attack. Again, it's Tastagro, but that isn't my problem. I specifically asked Cal why Grettial attacked the Destructor. I was told that Grettial DIDN'T attack the Destructor. That if she had attacked him, she would receive serious consequences. Now, I wonder how much you knew about what Grettial was told she could or couldn't do.

Actually, having been given the same instructions over the cabal channel, I know everything about it. We were told not to hit the GIANT, no instructions were given about the Destructor.

** It's a standing rule unless under acts of war, that Arbiters aren't to take overly aggressive acts against opposing cabals. There were 3-4 Tower there, and plenty of mobs. And Cal had no trouble tracking me down after I fled. There was no need to go as far as the Shrine had you been patient enough.
> ***
Why wait and give you a chance to get away? Cal had no problem tracking you down because she was waiting outside for you. Thats why Gret and I were told to be sure you were manacled. But again, you wouldn't know this not being an arbiter and not being part of the conversation at the time.

> ***Again, I remind you that mistakes do happen. The funny part about this is... she forgot where she was and someone ELSE had to point this out to her?

She was blind actually and was pretty sure she had gotten out. She was wrong, and she fixed it.

** So she flagged someone without doing a proper investigation, or atleast checking where she died. Have Cal locate the corpse.... would have been sufficient to determine that. Don't defend Grettial cause that's just a losing cause. She screwed up twice during this whole ordeal. Walking into the Destructor got missed, the mis-flag didn't. I hope the imms take notice.
> ***

Why bother checking the corpse location when she was, to her own thinking, sure she was out? As you said mistakes happen. I know I personally don't run around double checking things I think are true. Its like compulsively checking to see if your zipper is up. Its better to just trust that it is till someone tells you its not, otherwise you just liik like you touch yourself a lot. There's a point buried in there somewhere.

> ***We expect to be treated no different than any other neutral/chaotic individual. But that doesn't happen. You take a neutral Master and a neutral Rager, Rager loses 75% of the time just on cabal affiliation alone.
> ***

No thats NOT true at all. Do you have any idea how many times Alusair has whined and bitched and moaned to me about how she has "All of these wonderfully reliable witnesses" when something happens, then gets all bent out of shape when I won't take the word of a non lawful? Thats not asking to be treated like any other neut/chaotic. Thats asking to be treated as if you were lawful, when you just aren't. Noone who isn't lawfuls word carries any weight with me no matter who they are. I generally find ragers complain the loudest when they ARE being treated just like everyone else.

>
> ***I mentioned this before. There was very little chance of me getting out of that situation alive. 3-4 Masters with zombies and Zeglufin. I had no help at that point. Where was I going to run to? Cal flew to me and finished me off all by her little own self. Manacles meant nothing in the whole ordeal.
> ***

I beg to differ, manacles probably helped slow you down and make you easier to catch. Either way, we were ordered to slap them on you, and they were.

>
> ***I'm glad to see your making immortal decisions about her ability to continue to write notes.

It was a suggestion, not a decision. Try looking up the definition sometime.

** You seem to have such a grasp on things you should powerrank and immort as soon as possible because your intelligence and superior abilities are essential to the running of CF. Give me a break. You looted everything off the floor of the Shrine that a dead MOB was holding.

Well if a mob was holding it, it didn't belong to battle it belonged to someone else, so you have no reason to whine. So don't.

** Again, Cal confirmed this after she spoke to Zeglufin. Get YOUR facts straight before you start pissing your pants in a temper tantrum that a 3 year old would be proud of.

> ***One final response. We all appreciate your opinions and support your ability to post them. But get off your soap box cause nobody cares that much what you think.

Apparently you do, since you went to all the trouble to respond.

* And before you go off ranting and raving, all the info. I've posted here is truthful and can be checked with Cal.

> Just so everyone understands: Grettial DID enter the Shrine with the Destructor alive, thus attacking it.

Long enough to manacle you then get out. As she was ordered to do. The order was, and I quote "be sure to manacle him, but do not help to kill the giant"

> Cal said she didn't and would be punished had she. You confirmed that yourself, much appreciated. You walked in with your guards, watched Zeglufin sac things and pick up stuff. Looked into the pit, looked at the room, then looted whatever you could get. I explained above, that the things were being handed to me one at a time and that the hammer I wouldn't be caught dead with.

Did anyone say anything at the time? No, Alusair just decided to write a bitchy, whiny note without saying boo to anyone. As she always does.

>Lastly, Grettial made a huge mistake in flagging the rager so quickly before checking her facts. Which you support so vigorously. She made a bad mistake and you still stick up for her.

Actualy it was a small mistake, since it was fixed right away. You exaggerate.

>To tell the truth, you as an individual doesn't bother me. What bothers me is that Cal took your word as gold when you really did make mistakes. She's responsible for your actions as your leader and she should give you the boot in the ass along with Grettial.

Actually, I was just made leader. Guess the gods know something you don't.

>But that's MY opinion.... enjoy.

Thanks, I will.
