Felyx and I were booted for having crappy ponchos. Personally, I had gotten lazy on the way to raid imperial and was wearing a poncho of a wandering prophet. I don't remember what Felyx had. Anyway, we had a similar conversation (with a similar outcome) that lead to us getting kicked out. We both stuck it out, though, and got back in after proving ourselves. And you don't have to kiss ass...personally, I berated Felyx as weak when he died trying to complete his quest rather than abase myself.

It was a turning point for me, and I think that Challen would back me up on what it did for Dhaevor.
