After only seeing this log it's pretty cut and dry. What's to argue when a member of the Village cast, ESPECIALLY an elder.

RP wise, well, I agree with the mortal. That anger and disrespect was to magic, not to the Elder. Unless someone has a log of the character jumping all over the elder before, and I don't think that's the case.

On the other hand, having a weak poncho? That's more on the grounds of a beating and an axing.
