Well, liches are sort of a special case. You can tell a lot about a lich's prior experiences and their skill just by looking at a little snippet of a fight. The best parallel I can come up with is an AP with unholy blessing. If I saw a log of an AP with a +50/+50 axe doing all OBLITs, and I also knew that he didn't use OOC connections or the like to get those kills, I would be able to deduce with a good amount of certainty that the AP in question is a skilled mofo. Similarly, if an AP's axe only has three charges on it, I can probably infer that the latter AP is less skilled than the former.
Please note that I'm not disparaging Val here. From what I've seen and heard, Val is an above-average lich. I wasn't meaning to be insulting or disparaging, because 99.99% of CF characters would be utterly fucked in the situation that occurred in that log.
This whole thread was about "Hey, would that work on Zorsz?" And my answer was "no."
And that's basically what it boils down to.
