reguardless of what was said after the ooc, it was STILL ooc. those three letters should not be used consecutively in any case, save in the middle of an actual word. As for the boots and such, I'm willing to bet that 90% of the people who do that quest do it just for the boots. Pleckis knows this (IC) as he's seen many people do it, and stopped many people from doing it. Therefore, he has every IC right to be upset by it.
