I have no problems with triggers. Flee and knife one of the best tactics for a thief, if not the best. The arbiter coulda gotten away if he'd vanish or spam strangle, or dust etc. Maybe he was lagging and didnt see what happened.
Anyways the knife trigger isnt that bad. Try walking into a room with thirsting rager and then fleeing into another thirsting rager.
