As for getting away you really could have done a little more to evade him I dont see where you were talking to someone when you entered but frankly its irrlevelant. We have all been in that situation to get attacked seconds after we enter..thats why your first command after you enter should ALWAYS be 'Where pk'.
I have been in my guild in Galadon and 3 seconds after i enter "the hunt" comes in to my guild after me i was unprepped unshifted and a quick corpse. I also have entered into the ragers shrine to only seconds later be shoved by an imperial blade in front of the destructor..i had not even put in one command yet.
It happens, and i tell you what as for you accusation to him seeing you come on to ICQ and anticipate your entering the game. There is one way to stop that that seems to be a long lost art on cf anymore...DONT TELL PEOPLE YOUR CHARS!!!!!
