Personally, I don't think he used ooc info to see you coming. First of all, he's a baron so guild guards tend not to be a problem. Secondly, I think he just happened to be right there and saw you on the where pk when you came in so he didn't bother to hesitate before collecting a relatively easy phylac. When I died my final death, Battle had just been raided and Palan was like one step away from from the eastern road when he saw me on his pk list so figuring (rightly) that I would be in the village, he turned around and went back for me. I logged on and lost my char all in about 10 seconds. Things like that happen. Just try not to let it get you too upset (though granted, it's not exactly the best way to start off a mudding session). In my case, though, I was rather upset (but rightly so) since it was a con-death for me, not just one more normal death, and I was in the process of trying for a vitality quest (don't know if I would have gotten it or not, since it would have been Klaak's second one, but there was certainly no harm in trying).
