I've run accross several people like that in the lowbie range and 90% of of them can be solved rather easily.

I really hate to bother the Imms like this because of some moron. It's not like their job isn't tough enough as it is without bothering them with another problem, but I also hate assholes like that ruining the game for everyone else. If this would be the penalty everytime someone did something like that, the number of those incidents would begin to decrease rapidly. Sure, you'll always get someone who's new and thus doesn't know the penalty, but they'll soon learn just like everyone did.
To the Imms, I really respect you for being able to handle all the shit you have to deal with. You do an outstanding job, and keep up the good work.
