When you go to any deity for empowerment as a healer, you want to *heal* as a means of accomplishing your goals. That goal could itself be destructive, but your direct means should not be. Gearing for damroll goes against that idea. If you wanted to be kicking ass and taking names, you should have been a shaman (or a militant druid), and not someone who wants to be able to do mangles and rejuv themselves.
