The Arbiter cabal is a better place for newbies than the Empire. Newbies wont last 5 minutes in the Empire. It doesnt take much knowledge or roleplaying at all to make it in the Arbiters. It is very, very amusing that you consider the Arbiters to be an elite cabal. Its good to have pride in your cabal but you are a bit delusional. I've had the power to induct in both cabals so I think I know a thing or two about them.
Arbiters...better roleplayers..thats really funny...mind if I see the crack pipe?
