You learn quests from being observant. If a mob talks to you there's a good possibility that it's part of a quest. Look at it, consider it, examine the room around it, and if it asks you a question try to answer it. Basically you just have to take in everything you see and sometimes even what you don't. A lot of times quests have to do with taking one item from one mob and giving it to another or saying some kind of special words. Just keep your eyes peeled, and when all else fails ask somebody in the game. As Salipek I would often give hints to people who asked me about quests in a good way. Say they said "Greetings Servant, I'm new to this land and I've noticed that some people are capable of walking great distances without tiring, is this some kind of magical force or do the boots they wear have something to do with it?" I'd reply "XXXXXXX in XXXXXXXX has the answers to your questions, talk to him and your riddle will be answered."
