Probably your MUD client or something... maybe even your link. Both Air Major forms get no lag from flyto, although there's a strong chance that there'll be a strong chance that they will be able to rot you, sleep you or jack you before the "murder" command comes through. This is why whenever I fight an air major with any of my other characters, I hope that they'll use the flyto;murder;fly strategy, more of a chance for me to get a critical attack through...

I'm not complaining about the falcon by the way, I'm sure it is very good and will get better but I get beaten very easily by any eagle even when I'm sanc and have shields.. since most people got an eagle, I tought I was lucky to have a falcon but I really wonder if the falcon has at least one fighting ability better then the eagle, please, don't tell me dodge.. eagles are hiting me more often and with more damage.

Well, if I don't tell you dodge, I don't know what to tell you. Eagles hit much harder than falcons, but I have fought many eagles in the air, and I can assure you that I've never died to an eagle as Zaendiir. I just suggest that you find some different ways to kill people than flyto;murder and start being creative with your transmuter spells. Eventually the flyto;murder strategy will stop working as the people in your range wise up and find ways to screw you over.

Here's a short log I posted a long long time ago of an eagle vs falcon battle in the air. See if you notice another disadvantage that the eagle has that the falcon doesn't have.
