Eagles hit much harder than falcons, but I have fought many eagles in the air, and I can assure you that I've never died to an eagle as Zaendiir. I just suggest that you find some different ways to kill people than flyto;murder and start being creative with your transmuter spells. Eventually the flyto;murder strategy will stop working as the people in your range wise up and find ways to screw you over.
