1)Dioxide's name generator. It might come up with some crazy ass names like Aaieyzaioa but at least it's original.

2)College textbooks. Writers of college textbooks always have funky foreign sounding names. Most of us probably go to college, so we all have textbooks written by an Arab or Indian or something whose name would probably be pretty decent. Salipek was a name I found in a Psi Chi magazine, as was Carvahlin.

3)Letter changes. Take an unoriginal name and change/switch/add/remove letters to come up with an original one. Juilin becomes Juolien or Juimin or Juipion or any other myriad possibilities.

These three "hints" to creating decent names should rule out any unoriginal ones. I can't see how you could NOT come up with at least an obscure enough name as to not raise public outcry. Taking a name from a fantasy novel probably isn't the best idea since a lot of us kinda dig fantasy worlds anyhow so the likelihood of one of the 200 or so players being able to pick out its origin is very high.

I for one would LOVE to see stricter enforcement on names, just because I dislike people that can't think for themselves.
