Wollshithead or whatever his name is.. why have so many people complained about NON master air forms? Because they aren't very easy to kill.. can be done.. but not easily. Now take that airform, triple its hit points and what do you have.. must be so hard for you to win a fight against another air form with the same abilities but 1/3 of the hit points.. you don't even have to spell up to beat them.. you win through the fact that you don't have to do anything. Vonusmere: *sigh* I have read some stuff from other whining useless deadshits before, but you really take the cake. Oh.. you trained mana instead of hp's so you could abuse masters powers.. but it doesn't work if you don't have the orb? *boggle* So you want masters powers to work without the orb? *boggle* There are a lot of other things that I would say here but I just can't be bothered. You say to me, why don't I try your side.. I am. I am currently level an gnome transmuter towards hero. And I have never found any character so easy in my life.. and he is not a master. Sure I have to look out for ragers, but it is not even that difficult. When I get my major form, I am sure I will still have to watch out for ragers, but at least I will be able to run away, something that I have gotten to be very good at with the character. Anyway, I have bored you all for long enough. I just had to get that off my chest. Just give it a break on the whining and do something about it. Moindardt
Just to give you an example from a ragers point of view. Lets just say a level thirtysomething Master Conjurer come raid. That would mean you should have about 250-300 base hp? Add on some rather basic gear and you will have 400 odd. Some rather basic mana stuff and you will have a kick arse water elemental and some form of devil or angel or archon? Add in some wands, stone skin, maybe a couple of invokers shields if you are friends with the right person, etc
Lets take the dwarven warrior fighting you.. Probably have 600-700hp base +100from eq. He will hit you for 4 devestates a round max. You water elemental will hit for a mangle or 2 and a **DEV** Geyser every second round. So even without scourge or transform.. you are kind of on par.. it then comes down to skill and luck. Throw in transform and scourge and it is not so even. I just saw someone in town take out 3 people with a croaker demon and water elemental.. 2 at least were ragers.
And you are down to 14 con? that means you will probably lose 1 hp each level, lose that for a warrior and they will lose 4 or 5 hp per level.. but thats their bread and butter.. yours in mana.
I really wish shadow would be brought back!
