How should you write in the Role command? Should you write in first person perspective. example, Today I talked to somebody and I feel that my beliefs are changing. Still with that being said I guess it sounds correct but if some people could tell me a little more it would be appreciated.

P.S. I did the help role but I am a little slower than most people. I'm a visual learner and I need an example of what to put in.
