Now that the Arbiter Cabal lies in ruins (go see... it's pretty neat to look at, but do it fast; I'm sure it's going to be rebuilt eventually) I'm curious to hear who people thought were among the best Arbiters ever. Moreover, I'm curious as to wby people think that they were good Arbiters. I'm especially interested in any of the older, second-age names that people might come up with; most of the Third-age ones are pretty well known. (That doesn't mean that they shouldn't be mentioned if they deserve it, though.) (Don't feel the need to limit yourself to one, either; if there were six worth mentioning, mention them!) So speak up; who belongs in the Arbiter Hall of Fame (if there were such a thing), and why?
